It's a thoughtful present that is created especially for a cherished child in your life and you can choose which words you would like to add to make it truly personal!

You can have names, dates, nicknames or a short message made up into the neutrally brown toned felt (e.g. 'Fido and Alfie, May 2014', 'Alfie's Room', or 'Fido and Alfie, friends forever'). You may choose up to 45 characters allowing you to write a personal message if you wish. The words are stitched freehand to look like joined-up writing and will be written over 1 or 2 lines and stuck below the main picture as shown above.

The animal body and child's clothes are co-ordinating. A fabric choice is available to choose, and a sample board shows you your choice to create a present that is truly tailored to be personal and relevant to the recipient.

The picture is created on (and into) white card by free hand machine embroidery, essentially, drawing with a sewing machine! Each picture is original and every little person and animal created is unique with their own little character!

Made using card, fabric, googly eyes, buttons, felt and watercolour.

The internal picture measures 16 x 18cm. All original artwork is supplied in a cream mount which fits in a standard 10 x 8 inch frame.

There is a choice of glass fronted frame which is 28.5cm wide x 23cm tall x 2 cm deep. Framed artwork is sent in a custom made, foam lined box for protection.
